摘 要:本文基于自主研制的1000 A塑壳断路器开展断路器运动系统特性分析与研究,对断路器的操作机构和触头系统进行了优化设计,并通过试验验证了该分析与优化设计的正确性。研究表明,断路器运动系统的动态过程能通过仿真分析获得,为断路器优化设计提供了条件;优化断路器机构和触头弹簧参数可以避免触头系统合闸弹跳,减小分闸反弹,缩短自由脱扣机构固有动作时间,进而提高断路器的动作性能。Based on the self-developed 1000 A moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB),the characteristics of the motion system are analyzed and studied.The operating mechanism and contact system of the MCCB are optimized,and the correctness of the analysis and optimization design is verified by experiments.The research shows that the dynamic process of the motion system can be obtained by simulation analysis,which provides conditions for the optimal design of the MCCB.Optimizing the parameters of contact mechanism and contact spring can avoid the closing bounce of the contact system,reduce the opening rebound,shorten the natural operation time of the free trip mechanism,and improve the operating performance of the MCCB.
