摘  要:针对TBD234V6型柴油机,采用AVL-FIRE软件对25%Pe0和75%Pe0工况下,选取23°CA BTDC、25°CA BTDC、27°CA BTDC、29°CA BTDC四个喷油提前角进行仿真计算研究,分析比较缸内燃烧压力、缸内平均温度、燃烧放热率、滞燃期、燃烧持续期、燃油消耗率、NO和Soot生成质量分数,并通过多目标灰色决策法确定最佳喷油提前角。结果表明:TBD234V6型柴油机在25%Pe0和75%Pe0,喷油提前角为27°CA BTDC时,多目标灰色决策综合效果矩阵值分别为0.8673和0.8528,综合性能效果最好。仿真研究结果可为实船改装提供一定的指导依据。For TBD234V6 diesel engine,this paper simulates and calculates the fuel injection advance angles of 23oCA BTDC,25oCA BTDC,27oCA BTDC and 29oCA BTDC under 25%Pe0 and 75%Pe0 working conditions using AVL-FIRE software,analyzes and compares the combustion pressure in the cylinder,average temperature in the cylinder,combustion heat release rate,ignition delay period,combustion duration,fuel consumption rate,NO and Soot generation mass fraction,and determines the optimal fuel injection advance angle through multi-objective gray decision-making method.The results show that when the TBD234V6 diesel engine is under 25%Pe0 and 75%Pe0 working conditions,and the injection advance angle is 27oCA BTDC,the comprehensive effect matrix values of multi-objective grey decision-making are 0.8673 and 0.8528,respectively,the comprehensive performance is the best.The simulation results can provide some guidance for real ship refitting.
