新型核心利益观与人类命运共同体的构建

摘　　要：日趋激烈的大国竞争是当今全球大变局时代的显著特征。面对全球大变局,美国正在重拾地缘政治对抗的冷战思维,加大对华战略遏制。中国则坚持和平发展道路,提出了人类命运共同体的中国方案。相互尊重核心利益为人类命运共同体的构建提供了政治、经济、文化和信任基础,是构建人类命运共同体的基本前提。中国核心利益外交实践在有效地维护了中国核心利益的同时,也尚存改进空间。中国应该积极贯彻党的二十大报告中有关共同利益和共同价值的论述,树立关照他者存在的、注重共同利益和共同价值的、相对性的新型核心利益观。践行新型核心利益观是共建人类命运共同体的最终保障。中国核心利益外交需要进一步把握核心利益内涵的生死攸关性、人民性和规范性,以推动人类命运共同体行稳致远。The increasing competition among major powers is distinctive in the era of great transformation around the world.In the face of global transformation,the United States has restarted its Cold War mentality of geopolitical confrontation and strengthened its strategic containment on China.On the contrary,China has adhered to the peaceful development and put forward its own proposal for building a community with a shared future for mankind.Mutual respect for nation's vital interests serves as a political,economic,cultural and strategical trust foundation and the basic prerequisite for the construction of human community of shared future.While China's vital interests oriented diplomacy effectively safeguards China's vital interests,there is room for improvement.China should go beyond a purely self-centered and absolute view on nation's vital interests,and establish a new and relative view on nation's vital interests that takes care of the existence of others and focuses on the common interests and common values.Practicing a new view on nation's vital interests is the ultimate guarantee for building a community with a shared future for mankind.It is necessary for China's vital interests oriented diplomacy to treat the vital interests in a vital,people-oriented and normative way,and promote the stable and long-term development of a community with a shared future for mankind with a new view on China's vital interests.
