摘　　要：[目的]通过对数字减影血管造影术导引下经股动脉皮下动脉药盒植入术并发症的观察,总结护理经验,使经皮动脉导管药盒系统在临床工作中的应用更加规范。[方法]回顾性分析经股动脉皮下植入动脉药盒14例患者临床资料,分析术后并发症发生的原因及护理规范。[结果]14例首次植入成功率100%(14/14),发生并发症8例(57%),8例患者分别给予处理影响伤口愈合的问题、压迫止血、切口消毒换药、清创、卫生宣教等。8例患者顺利完成化疗方案,好转出院。[结论]动脉药盒植入术前护理人员应熟悉患者在服药物,对伤口愈合有影响的药物在围手术期暂停使用;术后密切关注局部皮肤情况;规范无损伤针的穿刺和维护;做好患者个人卫生指导。[Objective]The syudy observe the complications of digital subtraction angiography(DSA)-guided percutaneous port-catheter system implantation and summarize the nursing experience,to make the clinical application of percutaneous arterial port-catheter system more normative and strict.[Methods]The clinical data of 14patients with subcutaneous implantation of arterial drug box through femoral artery were retrospectively analyzed,and the causes of postoperative complications and nursing norms were analyzed.[Results]The success rate of the first implantation was 100%(14/14),of which 8(57%)patients developed complications.Active measures were taken to deal with the complications affecting wound healing,including compression hemostasis,incision disinfection and dressing change,debridement,and hygiene education,etc.The chemotherapy regimen was successfully completed in the above 8patients and they were discharged from the hospital with improvement in their symptoms.[Conclusion]For patients who underwent percutaneous port-catheter system implantation,the nursing staff should be familiar with the patients’medical history and the medications which the patient is taking before the procedure,and medications that affect wound healing should be suspended during the perioperative period.After the procedure,attention should be paid to the local skin condition of the wound,maintenance and use of port-catheter system.The puncture of atraumatic needles should be standardized.In addition,attention should be paid to the professional nursing guidance of the patients’personal hygiene.
