摘 要:以规格为83 dtex/36 f的涤纶全拉伸丝(FDY)为研究对象,讨论了侧吹风风速、热辊温度、牵伸倍数等因素对FDY染色性能的影响。通过优化工艺,选择合适的侧吹风速度、热辊温度、牵伸倍数,从而有效提高FDY的染色性能,改善产品质量。结果表明:侧吹风风速为0.30~0.50 m/s、一辊温度为81~90℃、二辊温度为126~138℃、牵伸倍数为1.3~1.5时,产品染色均匀性较好。The 83 dtex/36 f polyester fully drawn yarn(FDY)was used as the research object.The influenc⁃es of lateral blow speed,hot roll temperature,drawing ratio and other factors on the dyeing performance of FDY were discussed.The dyeing performance of FDY and the quality of the product were improved by opti⁃mizing the process and selecting the appropriate lateral blow speed,hot roll temperature and drawing ratio.The results show that when the lateral blow speed is 0.30~0.50 m/s,the temperature of the first roll is 81~90℃,the temperature of the second roll is 126~138℃and the drawing ratio is 1.3~1.5,the dyeing unifor⁃mity of the product is better.
