摘  要:针对注气压缩机在储气库注气过程中,注气量及进出口压力等多变的问题。本文选用往复活塞式压缩机作为注气压缩机,再通过阀门进行流程切换改变压缩机组的级数,实现变压比运行方式,解决了国内某储气库在工况变化大的条件下需要加大投入更换压缩机组或采用多台压缩机组配置的问题,也达到了减少压缩功耗,缩短储气时长,节约能源的目的。Aiming at the changeable problems of gas injection volume and inlet&outlet pressure during the gas injection process the gas storage,the reciprocating piston compressor is selected as the gas injection compressor in this paper,and then the valve is used to switch the process to change the number of stages of compressor unit to realize the variable pressure ratio operation mode,which solves the needs of the gas storage under the condition of large changes in working conditions.The problem of increasing investment in replacing compressor units or using multiple compressor units has solved the purpose of reducing compression power consumption,shortening gas storage time and saving energy is achieved as well.
