摘　　要：针对加氢裂化装置往复式压缩机柱塞式注油器系统进行结构、原理解析,分析注油量对机组运行的影响,提出精准注油的解决方案,以提高设备运行可靠性,降低故障频率,保障装置安全平稳生产。The paper analyzed the structure and principle of the piston oil injector system of reciprocating compressor for hydrocracking unit,and the influence of oil injection volume on unit operation.The solution of precise oil injection was put forward to improve the operation reliability,reduce the fault frequency,and ensure the safe and stable production of the unit.
