摘 要:基于离心泵基本理论,提出一种基于两个工况点的针对离心泵的优化方法,使离心泵在保证设计工况点扬程以及效率不受影响的情况下,优化另一工况点的扬程与效率。利用离心泵的基本原理,理论扬程-流量计算公式和扬程-流量计算公式,针对计算离心泵的两个几何参数:离心泵进口直径D1以及出口处叶片与盖板的夹角λ2,推导得到基于两个工况点的计算式。又采用m91-50型离心泵进行两工况优化设计方法验证,根据推导得到的两项离心泵几何参数计算式计算得到的离心泵进口直径和出口处叶片与盖板的夹角,建立新叶轮与原蜗壳并且建立三维模型。利用ICEM软件进行网格划分,CFX进行数值模拟,得到该离心泵在两工况点下的数值模拟结果。根据得到的仿真模拟结果,经过优化的叶轮在两工况点的扬程误差在4.7%和3.7%,误差均在5%之间,证明了该优化方法的可行性。Based on the basic theory of centrifugal pump,an optimization method based on two working points is proposed to optimize the centrifugal pump under the condition that the design working point lift and efficiency are not affected.Using the basic principle of the centrifugal pump,the theoretical lift-flow calculation formula and the lift-flow calculation formula,to calculate the two geometric parameters of the centrifugal pump:the centrifugal pump inlet diameter D1And the angle of the blade and the cover plate at the outlet2,The derive calculation based on two working points.The m91-50 centrifugal pump was used to verify the optimization design method.According to the calculated geometric parameters of the centrifugal diameter and the angle of the blade and cover plate at the outlet,the new eller and the original worm shell.ICEM software and CFX obtained the numerical simulation results of the centrifugal pump at two operating points.According to the obtained simulation results,the lift error of the optimized impeller is between 4.7%and 3.7%,and the error is between 5%,which proves the feasibility of the optimization method.
