摘  要:增大弹簧复位力可提高换向阀弹簧复位的可靠性,考虑电液换向阀主阀弹簧复位动作,以弹簧复位力最大为目标,建立了有限安装空间约束条件下圆柱螺旋组合弹簧优化模型,对双弹簧进行了优化设计,并结合实际试验条件搭建了换向阀图形化仿真模型,仿真所得换向阀主阀复位过程负载口压力动态变化与试验测试结果一致性较好,验证了设计方法的有效性。Increasing the restoring force of the spring can improve the reliability of the spool return stroke,in this paper,take the maximum spring restoring force as the objective function considering the spool return stroke of the main valve of the electro-hydraulic directional control valve,the optimal design model of combined cylindrical spiral spring is established under the limited installation space,the optimal design of the two cylindrical helical springs is carried out,and then the graphical simulation model of the valve is built according to the actual test conditions,the simulation results of the load port pressure during the return stroke of the spool are in good agreement with the test results,which verifies the effectiveness of the design method.
