摘  要:嗅觉在昆虫行为反应中具有重要作用,气味结合蛋白是昆虫外周嗅觉系统中发挥关键作用的一类功能性蛋白。鞘翅目为昆虫纲中最丰富的类群,数目众多、分布广泛。虽然气味结合蛋白研究起步较晚,但近年来国内外发展尤为迅速,其主要聚焦于气味结合蛋白与气味分子相互作用研究方面。基于此,本文综述了鞘翅目昆虫气味结合蛋白的种类、结构特征、表达分布、生理功能,以及研究方法,并指明了目前存在问题和未来研究方向,以期为揭示昆虫-植物(气味分子等)化学通讯机制和行为控制及开辟新型害虫防控体系提供理论基础。Olfaction plays an important role in the behavioral response of insects.Odorant binding proteins are a class of functional proteins which play a crucial role in the peripheral olfactory system of insects.Coleoptera are the most abundant group in the insecta class,which are numerous and widely distributed.Although the research on odorant binding proteins started relatively late,the research at home and abroad has developed particularly rapidly in recent years,and mainly focused on the interaction between odorant binding proteins and odor molecules.In this review,we summarized the species,structural characteristics,expression distribution,physiological functions and research methods of odorant binding proteins in Coleoptera,and pointed out current problems and future research directions,in order to provide a theoretical basis for exploring the chemical communication mechanism and behavior control between insects and plants(odor molecules,etc.)and developing new pest control systems.
