摘  要:基于知识库的思想提出了一种弹上设备设计与可靠性相互融合的方法。在电气设计与管理系统(Electrical Design and Management System,EDMS)平台基础上,将型号研制过程中提炼的故障归零经验、元器件设计应用规则、元器件故障仿真模型、元器件故障模式、故障机理及相应消除措施等进行归纳梳理,在EDMS平台中形成系统的可靠性知识库。通过EDMS平台将可靠性知识库与电气设计自动化(Electronic Design Automation,EDA)工具进行嵌套,在设计前端即可通过可靠性知识库对设计质量进行审查,同步生成元器件级故障模式、影响与危害性分析(Failure Mode,Effect and Criticality analysis,FMECA),解决了可靠性工作滞后的问题,实现质量控制点的前移,贯彻了可靠性是设计出来的这一思想理念。The paper introduces a mutual fusion method between design and reliability of missile-borne equipment based on knowledge repository.On the basis of Electrical Design and Management System(for short,EDMS),the design experience,application rules,simulation models,fault modes and fault mechanisms of components are summarized and sorted out to form a reliability knowledge repository in the EDMS.The reliability knowledge repository is nested with Electronic Design Automation(for short,EDA)tools through EDMS.So in the early stage of product development,the design quality can be reviewed based on the reliability knowledge repository,and to generate FMECA of components at the same time.The method realizes the forward movement of quality control points during the product development process,and solves the problems that the reliability work is far behind the design.
