摘 要:以利用信息化手段支撑航天精益质量管理体系建设为出发点,基于航天产品质量评审现状,充分发挥设计制造一体化优势,结合智能生产线建设探索研究数字化质量评审新思路,构建数字化质量评审新系统,固化质量评审数字化管理新模式,使评审信息结构化、评审流程精细化、评审意见电子化。通过实践应用,提高质量评审业务的工作效率,有效促进专家充分发挥把关作用,确保数据的正向确认,实现设计、工艺、过程全流程的闭环监督管控,提升了产品风险控制能力,使质量问题大幅下降,促进了质量管控基础能力的有效提升。In order to support the construction of aerospace lean quality management system,based on the current situation of aerospace product quality evaluation,combined with the advantages of design and manufacturing integration and intelligent production line construction,digital quality evaluation system for aerospace products is researched and practiced.It includes the exploring new research ideas,building a new system,solidifying a new management model,making the evaluation information structured,the evaluation process refined and the evaluation opinions electronic.Through practical applications,the efficiency of quality evaluation is improved,the role of experts is promoted,and the positive confirmation of data is ensured.The closed-loop supervision and control of the whole process of design,technology and process has been realized.The product risk control ability has been improved,the quality problems have been greatly reduced,and the basic ability of quality control has been effectively improved.
