摘  要:在以“理论灌输、规则说教”为主导的教育模式下,传统的高校宣传思想工作倾向于通过行政手段进行思想价值观念的传播与引导,话语理论的一维性遮蔽了话语的现实意义,致其无法有效实现引导人、教育人和促进人全面发展的实践价值。叙事学理论注重“叙事主体”“叙事载体”“叙事方式”的创新,从提高宣传思想工作者的综合素质、运用故事进行价值传输、应用多元化媒介进行叙事等三方面提出新时代高校宣传思想工作的创新路径,通过各种话语资源的整合,增强话语的信度,提高宣传思想工作的实效性和针对性。Under the educational model dominated by“indoctrination and rule-based preaching”,the traditional publicity and ideological work in colleges and universities tends to spread and guide ideological values through administrative means.The one-dimensionality of discourse theory obscures the practical significance of discourse,resulting in its inability to effectively realize the practical value of guiding people,educating people and promoting people’s all-round development.The theory of narratology lays stress on the innovation of“narrative subject”,“narrative carrier”and“narrative mode”,proposing an innovative path for publicity and ideological work in colleges and universities in the new era from three aspects:improving the comprehensive quality of propaganda and ideological workers,using stories for value transmission,and using diversified media for narration.Through the integration of various discourse resources,the credibility of discourse is enhanced,and the effectiveness and pertinence of propaganda and ideological work are improved.
