摘 要:通过在广西地区开展碳钢、锌等常用金属的实地挂片以及测量大气中硫酸盐沉积速率、氯离子沉积速率,并结合工业腐蚀源和运行经验,绘制了广西地区大气腐蚀等级分布图。同时结合硫酸盐沉积速率分布图、氯离子沉积速率分布图以及气象数据,开展各地区腐蚀预测与分析,为今后指导广西电网新建变电站和输电线路选材和选址、防腐蚀设计、运行维护提供关键基础数据。A distribution map of atmospheric corrosion levels in Guangxi was drawn by conducting field testing of commonly used metals such as carbon steel and zinc in Guangxi,measuring the deposition rates of sulfate and chloride ion in the atmosphere,and combining industrial corrosion sources and operating experience.Combining the sulfate deposition rate distribution map,chloride ion deposition rate distribution map and meteorological data,prediction and analysis of corrosion in various regions are carried out,which provide key basic data for guiding the material selection,location selection,anti-corrosion design,operation and maintenance of new substation and transmission line in Guangxi power grid in the future.
