摘 要:高压隔离开关在电力系统中的作用非常重要。一直以来,高压隔离开关故障问题都较为突出,对此不少学者也提出解决方案,具有实用价值的却少之又少。本文对高压隔离开关分合闸故障进行深入分析总结,根据现存的高压隔离开关分合闸故障问题提出分布式控制方式。分布式电动操作机构设计思路:将电动操作机构进行模块化设计,每个模块均可由主控制器进行单独控制,打破了电气控制模块与电机驱动模块的集于一箱的传统方式,仅用5根电缆将电气控制模块与电机驱动模块相连,实现隔离开关的分合闸控制;并通过西门子辅助开关及摩擦联结器对电机进行相应的保护,使隔离开关分合闸精度确保在最小允许误差范围内,既保证了电动操作机构功能的完整性,又提升了高压隔离开关及其操作机构的使用寿命,经过实验验证,此方案具有较高的实用价值。The high-voltage disconnector plays a very important role in power systems.The problem of high-voltage disconnector fault has long been prominent and many scholars have proposed solutions to this problem,but few have practical value.In this paper,the opening and closing faults of high-voltage disconnector are analyzed and summarized,and a distributed control method based on the existing problems of opening and closing faults of high-voltage disconnector is proposed.The design idea of distributed electric operating mechanism is to modularize the electric operating mechanism with each module being individually controlled by the main controller,which breaks the traditional way of combining the electrical control modules and the motor drive module in a single box.Only 5 cables are required to connect the electrical control modules and the motor drive module to achieve the opening and closing control of disconnector.The motor is protected by Siemens auxiliary switches and friction couplings to ensure that the opening and closing accuracy of disconnector is within the minimum allowable error range,which not only ensures the functional integrity of the electric operating mechanism,but also improves the service life of the high-voltage disconnector and its operating mechanism.Experiments have verified that this scheme has high practical value.
