摘  要:耳聋已成为全球主要的健康问题之一,越来越多的人受其困扰。听觉系统中耳蜗毛细胞扮演着重要角色,毛细胞损伤后不可自发再生,当毛细胞损伤或死亡累积到一定数量时,也就会导致永久性的感音神经性耳聋。一直以来毛细胞的损伤、生长发育、再生机制是本领域的研究热点。ATOH1基因过表达产生毛细胞样细胞,但还未能成功再生正常功能的毛细胞,ATOH1与多基因联合表达是未来毛细胞再生研究的关键,本文就ATOH1与其他基因共同表达时的毛细胞再生进展进行讨论。Deafness is one of the major health problems in the world,and the number of people affected by deafness continues to grow.Cochlear hair cells play an important role in the auditory system.Hair cells cannot regenerate spontaneously after injury.When hair cell injury or death accumulate to a certain level,permanent sensorineural deafness follows.The mechanism of hair cell development,growth,injury and regeneration has always been a research hotspot.Overexpression of the ATOH1 gene can induce generation of hair cell-like cells,but its use in regeneration of normal hair cells has not been successful.Joint expression of ATOH1 and genes is the key in future research on hair cell regeneration.This paper provides a review on the progress of research on hair cell regeneration involving the ATOH1 gene.
