摘  要:双耳双模式干预优势已经广泛的被听障患者接受,不过目前针对于婴幼儿如何匹配与调试助听器和耳蜗,才能让双耳双模式优势最大化还没有标准,因此本文通过收集国内外有关论文,并总结临床经验,整理电诱发听性脑干反应(electrically evoked auditory brainstem responses,EABR)、电诱发镫骨肌反应阈值(electrically evoked stapedius reflex threshold,ESRT)、真耳分析、皮层听觉诱发电位(cortical auditory evoked potential,CAEP)客观测试方法,并将其运用于助听器与人工耳蜗的联动技术进展,以期为双耳双模式匹配调试提供参考,为助听后效果评估提供依据,进一步补充并推动了相关研究的发展。The advantages of binaural dual-mode hearing intervention have been widely accepted.However,there lack standards of debugging to maximize the advantages in infants.This paper focuses on objective assessment methodologies by reviewing relevant papers and summarizing authors’clinical experiences,including electrically induced auditory brainstem responses(EABRs),electrically induced stapes reflex threshold(ESRT),true ear analysis and cortical auditory evoked potentials(CAEPs),and their applications in bimodal hearing aid and cochlear implant fitting,in order to provide basis for improving debugging and outcome evaluation,as well as for advancing future research.
