摘  要:为了降低长距离传输线间的串扰影响,提高声波测井仪低频超声采集模块信号传输的稳定性,基于传输线串扰理论,建立了长距离平行传输线间串扰仿真模型,得到了低频段下串扰强度与频率、线长度、线间距以及介质层厚度之间的规律。选取其中几种不同长度的传输线进行了实物测试,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致,验证了仿真分析的有效性。提出了减小长距离传输线间串扰的几种有效方法,为后续的电路设计提供了重要依据。In order to reduce the influence of crosstalk between long-distance transmission lines,the stability of the signal transmission of the low-frequency ultrasonic acquisition module of the acoustic logging tool is improved,based on the theory of transmission line crosstalk,a simulation model of crosstalk between long-distance parallel transmission lines was established,and obtains the law between crosstalk intensity and frequency,line length,line spacing and dielectric layer thickness at low-frequency.Several transmission lines with different lengths are selected for physical test,and the test results are basically consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the effectiveness of the simulation analysis.Several effective methods to reduce crosstalk between long-distance transmission lines are proposed,which provide an effective guidance for the subsequent circuit design.
