摘 要:传统电能采集方法无法精准采集线损电能数据,导致采集结果存在一定误差。为解决该问题,提出基于HPLC通信技术的电能采集终端系统。使用ATT7022B电能采集芯片,方便与MCU之间进行数据传递。设计RS485与PIC单片机接口,消除线路浪涌干扰。构建SDRAM主存储器结构,方便电荷共享。计算线损率,及时发现窃电问题。设计电能采集数据交互方式,避免出现长期任务挤占短周期任务的情况出现。剔除线损数据,根据基于HPLC调制方式采样原理,设计电能采集方案。由实验结果可知,该系统140个采样点下的A相电压采样结果和5%谐波下电压变化波形,均与实际结果一致,说明使用该系统具有良好的采集效果。The traditional electric energy acquisition method can not accurately collect the line loss electric energy data,resulting in some errors in the acquisition results.In order to solve this problem,an electric energy acquisition terminal system based on HPLC communication technology is proposed.ATT7022B electric energy acquisition chip is used to facilitate data transmission with MCU.The interface between RS485 and PIC MCU is designed to eliminate the line surge interference.SDRAM main memory structure is constructed to facilitate charge sharing.Calculate the line loss rate and find the problem of power theft in time.Design the interactive mode of electric energy acquisition data to avoid long-term tasks occupying short-term tasks.Eliminate the line loss data,and design the power acquisition scheme according to the sampling principle based on HPLC modulation mode.The experimental results show that the A-phase voltage sampling results at 140 sampling points and the voltage variation waveform under 5%harmonic are consistent with the actual results,indicating that the system has good acquisition effect.
