摘 要:针对现有氧传感器线束手动压装装配速度慢、定位精度低、装配质量不可控等问题,设计了一套氧传感器线束自动压装设备.设备由下位机和上位机两部分组成,下位机通过PLC控制凸轮分割机实现工件在各工站的流转,通过工业相机实现锆元件的正反、缺陷识别、OCR读取、角度和位置信息的获取,通过机器人实现了线束的力位移压装,并实现了端面激光清洁;上位机通过Labview实现线束装配信息的获取及装配质量的数据追溯.该设备结构简单,性能稳定,运行安全可靠.试验样机测试结果表明,定位误差基本控制在0.15 mm,插入力控制在10 N,装配一致性控制在2%,装配数据可追溯,能有效提升装配质量和车间自动化水平,降低工人劳动强度.To solve the problems such as slow speed,low positioning accuracy and uncontrollable assembly quality in press-fitting of oxygen sensor harness,the automatic press-fitting equipment is designed.The equipment is composed of a lower computer and an upper computer.The lower computer controls the cam dividing machine through PLC to realize the circulation at each work station.The industrial camera realizes the positive and negative,defect identification,angle,position information acquisition of zirconium elements.The robot realizes the force displacement pressing of the wire harness and the laser cleaning of the end face.The upper computer realizes the acquisition of harness assembly information and the data tracing of assembly quality through Labview.The equipment has simple structure,stable performance and safe and reliable operation.The test results of the test prototype show that the positioning error is basically controlled at 0.15 mm,the insertion force is controlled at 10N,the assembly consistency is controlled at 2%,and the assembly data is traceable,which can effectively improve the assembly quality and workshop automation level,and reduce the labor intensity of workers.
