摘  要:当今科学技术发展迅猛,实体店超市受网购影响较大,为减缓超市服务员的劳动力和减少实体店超市的成本,可以使用机器人进行对超市服务员的替代。智能小车是实体店超市未来很好的辅助工具。调研超市的货架和瓶装水规格,初步制定小车的大小和系统流程。利用SolidWorks软件一步一步搭建小车模型,使用Arduino单片机控制小车运行。小车由车身、机械臂、机械爪,控制器组成。以智能小车自动上架瓶装水为例,在建模软件里通过机械臂实现瓶装水的夹取及上架过程,使用建模软件里的动画模块仿真小车的运动流程。智能小车,通过麦克纳姆轮可以实现全方位移动,并采用以Arduino单片机为控制器核心并进行程序设计,来实现轨迹遥控效果。实现了系统性超市瓶装矿泉水自动上货,一定程度上减轻网购对实体超市的影响。Nowadays,science and technology are developing rapidly,physical stores and supermarkets are greatly affected by online shopping.In order to slow down the labor force of supermarket waiters and reduce the cost of physical stores and supermarkets,robots can be used to replace supermarket waiters.Smart car is a good auxiliary tool for physical stores and supermarkets in the future.Investigate the supermarket shelves and bottled water specifications,and preliminarily formulate the size of the car and the system process.Use SolidWorks software to build the car model step by step,and use Arduino single chip microcomputer to control the car operation.The trolley is composed of body,mechanical arm,mechanical claw and controller.Taking the automatic loading of bottled water by intelligent car as an example,the clamping and loading process of bottled water is realized by mechanical arm in the modeling software,and the motion process of the car is simulated by the animation module in the modeling software.The intelligent car can move in all directions with the help of mcnamu wheel.The track control effect is achieved by programming with Arduino single chip microcomputer as the control core.It realizes the automatic delivery of bottled mineral water in systematic supermarkets,and reduces the impact of online shopping on physical supermarkets to a certain extent.
