摘  要:为了解决试管整理供送的问题,根据目前的一种试管特性,针对带凸台的试管包装容器的理料供送装置设计进行总体方案设计与机构三维建模分析,并对关键零部件进行了一定的优化设计。设计一种全自动整理供送装置,并对其各个机构进行设计和建模分析。根据试管的尺寸及结构特性,合理的设计料斗结构,采用链传动作为提升、整理装置,包括料斗、提升机构和导流槽。同时利用Solidworks软件对设计装置进行装配建模,为机构优化设计提供了依据并达到了设计要求;用离散元仿真软件EDEM对试管在导流槽的滑落情况进行仿真分析,得出结论导流槽倾斜角设计30°较为合适。In order to solve the problem of sorting and supplying test tubes,according to the current characteristics of a test tube,the overall scheme design and the three-dimensional modeling analysis of the mechanism are carried out for the design of the material sorting and feeding device of test tube packaging containers with bosses,and the key components are analyzed.Certain optimized design.Design a fully automatic sorting and feeding device,and design and model its various mechanisms.According to the size and structural characteristics of the test tube,the structure of the hopper is reasonably designed,and the chain drive is used as the lifting and finishing device,including the hopper,the lifting mechanism and the diversion groove.At the same time,Solidworks software is used to assemble and model the design device,which provides a basis for the optimal design of the mechanism and meets the design requirements;the discrete element simulation software EDEM is used to simulate and analyze the slippage of the test tube in the diversion groove,and draw the conclusion that the diversion groove The design of the inclination angle of 30°is more suitable.
