摘  要:在石油测井领域里,自然伽玛测量是判断岩性最基础的测量。为了对储集层进行精确划分,尤其是有特殊要求的薄层,均需要较高分辨率的自然伽玛探测仪器。NaI(TL)晶体作为自然伽玛探测仪器传感器重要的组成部分,NaI(TL)晶体的体积、透明度等对仪器的纵向分辨率有着关键的影响,所以对NaI(TL)晶体进行参数优化研究,以提高仪器的纵向分辨率。通过使用MCNP模拟软件进行仿真,基于38Y-F2多参数仪中的BWCG330进行实验,利用SZC-4型数控测试仪进行实验数据的记录。保持晶体透明度一致,通过改变NaI(TL)晶体体积,统计NaI(TL)晶体的计数,对比分析NaI(TL)晶体体积对纵向分辨率的影响。模拟仿真和实验都表明:随着NaI(TL)晶体体积的增大,自然伽玛探测仪器的计数率也随之增加。In the field of oil logging,natural gamma measurement is the most basic measurement to judge lithology.In order to divide the reservoir accurately,especially the thin layer with special requirement,the high resolution natural gamma detection instrument is needed.NaI(TL)crystal is an important part of the sensor of natural gamma detection instrument.The volume and transparency of NaI(TL)crystal have a key effect on the longitudinal resolution of the instrument,so the parameter optimization of NaI(TL)crystal is studied,to improve the vertical resolution of the instrument.The MCNP simulation software,based on the 38Y-F2 multi-parameter instrument BWCG330 experiment,using SZC-4 CNC tester for experimental data recording.By Changing NaI(TL)crystal volume,counting NaI(TL)crystal and analyzing the influence of NaI(TL)crystal volume on the Longitudinal resolution.Both simulation and experiment show that the counting rate of natural gamma detector increases with the increase of NaI(TL)crystal volume.
