摘 要:对于识别电缆线芯温度等问题,当前的传感技术无法对其进行精准读取,为处理这一现状,提出了一种薄膜结构传感系统,因高压电缆中间接头的热度变化,在不同电缆芯温度下,表现不一。对放置传感器的高压缆头使用COMSOL进行了建模分析。基于此情进行分析,以望给其他电缆温度传感器设计提供参考,给相关设计改进提供想法。对安置薄膜结构传感器前后,模型变化的实验结果比较表明,当电缆线芯处于30℃、60℃、90℃等多种运行温度情况下时,置入薄膜结构传感器前后电缆连接点附近热度波动微小。For identifying cable core temperature and other problems,the current cable joint temperature measurement technology can not directly and accurately identify,in order to solve this situation,this paper has proposed a new built-in temperature measurement device for high-voltage cable joint based on piezoelectric film.The electrical and thermal coupling simulation of the cable intermediate joint was carried out in COMSOLto study the influence of the built-in temperature measuring film on the temperature field distribution of the cable intermediate joint under different core temperature conditions,aiming at providing guidance for the structural design and performance improvement of the built-in temperature sensor.The comparison of the temperature field distribution before and after the installation of the temperature sensor shows that the sensor has no influences on the temperature distribution of the cable joint,under the conditions of 30℃,60℃and 90℃cable core temperature.No sudden changes and concentration of temperature appear at the sensor installation position.
