摘  要:针对姬塬油田大规模聚合物微球调驱后,长8超低渗油藏注聚水井高压欠注问题,提出“物理+化学”复合解堵增注思路,建立电脉冲复合解堵工艺技术。配套研发放电装置一次放电能量可达5 kJ,放电6~10次/分钟;配套解堵液稳定工作时间10 h以上,对现场聚合物溶解率达到87.4%。2022年现场试验2口井,平均单井降压4.3 MPa,累计增注超过5000 m3,有效期均在150 d以上。该技术的成功试验为超低渗油藏注聚井欠注治理提供新的技术对策。Aiming at the problem of high pressure underinjection of polymer injection wells in Chang 8 ultra-low permeability reservoir after large-scale polymer microsphere profile control and flooding in Jiyuan oilfield,the idea of"physical-chemical"compound plugging removal and injection increase was proposed,and the electric pulse compound plugging removal technology was established.The primary discharge energy of the supporting research and development discharge device can reach 5 kJ,discharge 6~10 times/min,the stable working time of the supporting plug removal fluid is more than 10 hours,and the polymer dissolution rate on the site reaches 87.4%.In 2022,two wells were tested in the field,the average pressure drop of a single well was 4.3 MPa,the cumulative injection increase was more than 5000 m3,and the validity period was more than 150 days.The successful test of this technology provides new technical ideas and countermeasures for the treatment of under-injection of water wells in ultra-low permeability reservoirs.
