角色理论视角下的我国优秀运动员社会定位研究

摘　　要：屡获佳绩的我国优秀运动员成为世人关注的焦点,他们的行为表现直接反映了我国体育事业水平和国家整体形象。加强优秀运动员社会行为培养研究应将成为新时期体育学界的重点课题之一。本文基于“角色理论”,采用文献资料法、访谈法及调查法等研究方法,主要对我国优秀运动员社会化发展的基础理论及角色定位进行分析。依据角色理论,从不同角度明确了我国优秀运动员在不同社会层面及不同社会领域中的角色期望,从而定位新时期我国优秀运动员应该是以专业技能为核心的运动员角色、以社会互动为核心的公关人角色、以塑造形象为核心的代言人角色、以认知情感为核心的发展性角色。期待本文的研究结论可以帮助运动员扭转自我角色定位偏差与纠正角色错位行为,能从新的角度为我国优秀运动员的培养提供理论依据。In the new period,with the frequent holding of sports events and the rapid development of the world media,the outstanding athletes who have achieved good results have become the focus of attention of the world.Their image directly reflects the level of our sports undertakings and the national image.Therefore,the outstanding athletes are an important part of the development of our sports undertakings.It is also one of the tasks of social development to strengthen the cultivation of excellent athletes'social behavior.Based on the“role theory”perspective,using literature,interviews and other research methods,this paper mainly analyzes the basic theory and training strategy of the socialized development of elite athletes in China.According to the role theory,the author has defined the social structure of Chinese elite athletes at different levels of the world,the country and the society,and the expectation of their roles in different social fields,such as politics,economy,culture,science and technology,from the perspectives of the social function development of contemporary sports,the trend of world globalization and the construction of sports power.What should the athletes do in these social backgrounds so as to orient our elite athletes in the new period to be athletes with professional skills as the core,public relations people with social interaction as the core,spokesmen with image as the core,developmental roles with cognitive emotion as the core,and good luck from a new perspective Provide theoretical basis for the cultivation of mobilization.
