摘 要:鱼胶原蛋白肽具有美白护肤、改善皮肤状态等多种生理调节功能,在食品药品和化妆品中广泛应用,试验证实添加胶原蛋白肽的外用制剂都具有有益效果,但是对其渗透性能和作用机理研究较少。在医药和化妆品领域,透皮试验常用来评价外用制剂的透皮吸收性能,渗透介质包括离体皮肤和人工合成膜。选用人工合成膜Strat-M^(TM)研究了几种鱼胶原蛋白肽的体外透皮性能,以期避开使用离体动物皮肤透皮的弊端。结果表明,鱼胶原蛋白肽经Strat-M^(TM)膜和小鼠皮肤的透皮速率随时间延长均呈线性增长;不同平均分子量和不同来源的鱼胶原蛋白肽对渗透速率有影响,分子量越小渗透越快;且胶原蛋白肽溶液浓度影响经Strat-M^(TM)透皮速率和单位面积累计透过量。鱼胶原蛋白肽经Strat-M^(TM)透皮符合一般透皮规律,可以替代离体皮肤进行胶原蛋白肽透皮试验研究。Fish collagen peptides have many physiological functions such as skin brighting and care and improving skin conditions.They are widely used in food,medicine and cosmetics.Experiments show that the external preparation with collagen peptides have beneficial effects,but there are few researches on their permeability and mechanism.In the field of medicine and cosmetics,transdermal experiments are ousually used to evaluate the transdermal absorption of topical formulations,and the permeation media includes isolated skin and synthetic membrane.In this study,we used synthetic membrane Strat-M^(TM) to study the in-vitro transdermal properties of several fish collagen peptides,in order to avoid the disadvantages of using animal skin in vitro.The results showed that the transdermal rates of fish collagen peptides through Strat-M^(TM) increased linearly with time.Different average molecular weights and different sources of fish collagen peptides had effects on the penetration rate and the cumulative transmission per unit area,the smaller the molecular weight was,the faster the penetration rate was;Moreover,the concentration of collagen peptide solution had effects on the transmission rate and the cumulative transmission per unit area of collagen protein peptides through Strat-M^(TM).The transdermal penetration of fish collagen peptides through Strat-M^(TM) was in accordance with the general laws of transdermal penetration,and the membrane could be a replacer of the isolated skin for the experimental study of collagen peptide transdermal penetration.
