摘  要:优质黑糯玉米晋糯20号种子黄色,F1代果穗黑色;生育期短、抗多种病害、适应性广;花丝、穗轴紫红色;穗型美观、糯中带甜、营养丰富,粗淀粉(干基)73.34%,支链淀粉(干基)99.46%,粗蛋白10.88%,粗脂肪4.73%,氨基酸总量10.8%,花青素含量633 mg/kg,真空玉米叶酸含量91.3 ug/100 g。优质黑糯玉米用途较广,可鲜穗直接出售,速冻、真空保鲜加工,干籽粒用于酿酒、加工淀粉、糯玉米面、糯玉米糁等,花丝、穗轴提取色素,秸秆青贮饲料等,晋糯20号全身都可以开发利用[1]。Jinnuo 20,a high quality black glutinous maize,is characterized by yellow seed,black ear of F1 generation,short growth period,resistance to many diseases and wide adaptability.The spike type was beautiful,the glutinous medium was sweet,the nutrition was rich,the crude starch(dry base)was 73.34%,the amylopectin(dry base)was 99.46%,the crude protein was 10.88%,the crude fat was 4.73%,the total amino acid was 10.8%.The content of anthocyanin was 633 mg/kg,the content of folic acid was 91.3 ug/100 g.It can be directly sold for fresh ears,quick-frozen and vacuum fresh-keeping processing.Dry seeds could be used for brewing,processing starch,glutinous corn flour,glutinous corn grits,etc.Pigment can be extracted from filaments and rachis.The straw can be used as ensilage.Jinnuo 20 can be used all over the body.
