摘  要:深埋输水隧洞施工过程中的变形机理研究,对指导工程设计、施工、变形监测均具有十分重要的意义。以某实际工程为例,采用有限元计算方法,计算分析了隧洞开挖过程中围岩及喷混凝土支护结构的变形、不同工况下支护结构的受力状态以及围岩的塑性变形情况,并通过正交试验对参数明感性进行了分析。结果表明:隧洞变形以向隧洞临空面变形为主,隧洞变形开始于距掌子面约1倍洞径、结束于掌子面超过2倍洞泾,且75%的变形均发生在开挖后;支护结构受力主要以环向压应力为主,受力最大的部位主要在洞底内侧;洞边墙围岩塑性变形比洞顶、洞底大约20%;洞泾和外水压力对隧洞受力和变形的影响十分显著,喷混凝土支护距掌子面距离和掘进步长敏感性较低。The study on the deformation mechanism in the construction process of deep buried water conveyance tunnel is of great significance for guiding engineering design,construction and deformation monitoring.Taking an actual project as an example,the finite element calculation method was used to calculate and analyze the deformation of the surrounding rock and shotcrete supporting structure,the stress state of the supporting structure under different working conditions and the plastic deformation of the surrounding rock during tunnel excavation,and the parameter sensibility was analyzed by orthogonal test.The results show that the tunnel deformation is mainly towards the free face of the tunnel,and the tunnel deformation starts at about 1 times the tunnel diameter from the working face and ends at more than 2 times the tunnel diameter from the working face,and 75%of the deformation occurs after excavation.The stress on the supporting structure is mainly the circumferential compressive stress,and the part with the most stress is mainly on the inside of the tunnel bottom.The plastic deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel side wall is about 20%higher than that of the tunnel top and bottom.The influence of tunnel diameter and external water pressure on tunnel stress and deformation is significant,and the sensitivity of the shotcrete support distance from the working face and excavation progress is low.
