摘  要:为了提高工艺设备支架结构的抗震性能,采用钢管混凝土结构代替钢筋混凝土支架,并运用螺栓装配代替以往的焊接装配,以改善节点的抗震性能及因现场焊接可能引发的安全隐患。运用SAP2000有限元分析软件对钢管混凝土支架结构进行分析,并与传统钢筋混凝土结构支架进行对比,结果表明:钢管混凝土支架结构刚度大幅提高,地震作用下,结构侧移减小,结构的延性和耗能性能更好。In order to improve the seismic performance of main process equipment frame structure,it is proposed to replace the widely-used reinforced concrete support,and use bolted connection instead of welding connection to improve the seismic performance of the assembly connections and eliminate the potential safety hazards caused by on-site welding.The SAP2000 finite element analysis software is used to analyze the steel tube concrete support structure,and comparison with the traditional reinforced concrete support is carried out.The results show that the rigidity of the steel tube concrete support is significantly improved,the lateral shift of the structure is reduced under the action of earthquake,and the ductility and energy consumption performance of the structure are better.
