摘　　要：公共图书馆线上线下服务融合是公共图书馆智慧化转型的重要发展方向。本文首先从公共图书馆视角指出开展线上线下服务融合绩效评估是检验和指导读者服务工作的重要途径,之后对评估体系进行建模,以提供公共图书馆线上线下服务融合绩效评估的方法,最后从数据、用户、平台及服务等多个角度,对公共图书馆线上线下服务融合工作的开展进行了探讨。The integration of online and offline service of public library is an important development direction for intelligent transformation of public library.The article firstly points out that conducting performance evaluation of online and offline service integration is an important way to test and guide reader service of public library from the perspective of public library.Then it sets up a model of evaluation system to provide methods for online and offline service integration of public library.At last,the article discusses the specific integration work of online and offline service in public library from various perspectives of data,user,platform and service.
