基于老年人健康信息需求的公共图书馆精准服务路径研究

摘　　要：在加快实施健康中国行动、积极应对人口老龄化国家战略下,公共图书馆对老年人健康信息需求的重视度逐渐提高。文章在分析老年人健康信息需求的基础上,设计了公共图书馆老年人健康信息精准服务流程,构建了公共图书馆老年群体用户画像和馆藏资源画像,并从精准识别需求、精准匹配资源、精准推送资源、精准评估服务效果四个方面提出公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务的实现路径。Under the strategic background of healthy China and actively coping with the aging population,public libraries pay more attention to health information needs of the elderly.On the basis of analyzing health information needs of the elderly,the article designs an accurate health information service process for the elderly in public library,and constructs user portrait of the elderly group and the collection resource portrait in public library.Finally,the realization path of innovative health information service for the elderly in public library is proposed from four aspects of accurate identification demand,accurate resource matching,accurate resource push,and accurate evaluation service effect.
