摘　　要：阐述基于UPPH的全员劳动生产率管理体系,UPPH的运营管理体系实施策略,探讨基于UPPH的全员劳动生产率运营管理体系构建和实施的效果,这是生产制造型企业的创新方向。This paper expounds the UPPH based total labor productivity management system,the implementation strategy of UPPH's operation management system,and explores the effectiveness of constructing and implementing the UPPH based total labor productivity operation management system.This is an innovative direction for manufacturing enterprises.
