摘　　要：阐述电工技能训练课程的一体化教学模式设计,课程的实施过程,探讨特色教材的一体化、学生考核多维度评价、学生小组互助合作学习、引入工匠精神的教育要素整合。This paper expounds the design of the integrated teaching mode of the electrician skills training course,the implementation process of the course,and discusses the integration of characteristic textbooks,multi-dimensional evaluation of student assessment,student group mutual aid cooperative learning,and the integration of educational elements of the introduction of craftsmanship.
