摘　　要：阐述案例器件大尺寸金属壳体平行缝焊后,出现密封不合格的问题。经过加工过程、周转过程、试验过程及结构设计等方面进行分析,并采取相应措施,解决了大尺寸壳体缝焊不合格的问题。This paper expounds the problem of unqualified sealing after parallel seam welding of large-sized metal shells in case devices.After analyzing the processing process,turnover process,testing process,and structural design,corresponding measures were taken to solve the problem of unqualified seam welding of large-sized shells.
