摘　　要：在分析HX_(D)3C型机车主变压器主要特点的基础上,融入人机工程学安全生产理念进行优化设计,研发了真空补氮装置,满足主变压器氮气压力检修作业要求的同时,实现了作业过程规范化、便捷化、精细化、自动化。对HX_(D)3C型机车氮气加注优化设计研究的意义、设计原则、方案工作原理及主要功能设计进行了阐述。Based on the analysis of the main characteristics of the main transformer for HXD3C locomotives,and incorporating the ergonomics safety production concept for the optimized design,we developed a vacum nitrogen supply device which meets the requirements for nitrogen pressure maintenance of the main transformer and achieves standardization,convenience,refinement,and automation of the operation process.The paper describes the significance,design principles,working principles and main functional design of the nitrogen illing optimization design for HXD3C locomotives.
