摘 要:现代信息化电磁频谱战场变化复杂,掌控电磁频谱态势对其它域作战行动胜利至关重要。得益于高温超导(High-Temperature Superconductivity,HTS)材料的低表面电阻等特性,HTS技术具有高灵敏度、低噪声、低功耗、快响应速度等优势,在电子战态势感知方面可提供比传统技术更有力的技术支撑。主要从超导器件、超导信道化组件、超导子系统三方面进行总结,综述了HTS在电子战(Electronic Warfare,EW)中的应用及关键研究进展,并就HTS应用的性能优势及关键技术限制展开具体分析,以期为相关研究提供参考。Modern information electromagnetic spectrum battlefield changes are complex.It is very important to control the situation of electromagnetic spectrum for the victory of combat operations in other domains.Thanks to the low surface resistance and other characteristics of high temperature superconductivity(HTS)materials,HTS technology has the advantages of high sensitivity,low noise,low power consumption and fast response speed.It can provide more powerful technical support than traditional technology in electronic warfare situation awareness.A broad overview of the applications and major research progress of HTS in electronic warfare(EW)is presented.Three aspects are summarised:superconducting devices,superconducting channelized components,superconducting subsystems.The performance advantages and key technical limitations of HTS applications are explored in detail,intending to provide references for future research.
