摘 要:目的探讨2016版ICMM职业健康风险评估模型,并进行实际应用,为中国职业健康风险评估及相关标准制定提供科学依据。方法运用2016版ICMM风险评估模型中定性法、定量法和半定量法对核工业某企业燃煤型锅炉房的噪声和粉尘危害进行职业健康风险评估,并对3种方法的应用结果进行比较分析。结果该模型3种方法的评估结果相似,对于检测结果超标的司炉工矽尘危害和输煤工噪声危害均评价为相对较高的风险,对于危害水平处于50%OEL以下的接触危害评价结果为可容忍/低风险水平。结论ICMM职业健康风险评估模型3种方法的操作步骤不同、适用条件不同、优缺点各异。Objective To provide a scientific basis for the formulation of occupational health risk assessment and related standards in China,this paper explored the 2016 ICMM occupational health risk assessment model,and applied it in prac-tice.Methods The 2016 ICMM risk assessment model was used to conduct occupational health risk assessment of noise and dust hazards in a coal-fired boiler room in nuclear industry by qualitative,quantitative and semi-quantitative methods,and the application results of the three methods were compared and analyzed.Results The evaluation results of the three methods of this model were similar,and the risk of silica dust hazard and coal transport noise hazard of furnace workers ex-ceeded the standard,and was evaluated as relatively high risk,and the evaluation result of contact hazard with hazard level below 50%OEL was tolerable/at low risk level.Conclusion The operation steps of the three methods of ICMM are differ-ent,the applicable conditions are different,and the advantages and disadvantages are different.
