RCEP国家的绿色物流绩效及对我国出口贸易的影响

摘　　要：本文在世界银行提出的物流绩效指数的基础上,采用熵值法构建绿色物流绩效指数,并通过贸易引力模型实证分析了区域全面经济伙伴关系(RCEP)框架下绿色物流绩效对我国出口贸易的影响。结果显示,RCEP国家的绿色物流绩效能够显著促进我国对RCEP国家的出口贸易,且不同因素对我国的出口贸易有不同的影响,按程度依次为清关效率、服务竞争力、货物运达及时性、运输能力、CO_(2)排放强度、N2O排放强度。回归分析显示,GLPI整体上对RCEP国家的出口贸易有显著的正向影响,GLPI的子指数中清关效率、服务竞争力、货物运达及时性、运输能力对出口贸易也有显著的正向影响,但CO_(2)和N2O排放强度有负向影响,其他则未呈现显著影响。本文最后就推动RCEP国家绿色物流发展,扩大我国出口贸易提出提高清关效率;积极提升国际货物运达及时性;充分发挥各类区域经济组织机制对我国出口贸易的巨大作用;牢牢把握绿色和低碳的时代主题等对策建议。Based on the indexes proposed by the World Bank,this paper establish⁃es its own logistics performance indexes by adopting entropy method.Trade gravity mod⁃el is then adopted to analyze the influence of green logistics performance on Chinese ex⁃port trade under the framework of Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership(RCEP).The results show that the green logistics performance of RCEP countries can significantly promote China's export trade to these countries.Different factors have dif⁃ferent effects.In order of influence degree,they are customs clearance efficiency,service competitiveness,punctuality of cargo delivery,transportation capacity,CO_(2) emission in⁃tensity and N2O emission intensity.Regression analysis shows that GLPI as a whole has a significant positive impact on RCEP countries'export trade.Among the GLPI sub-in⁃dexes,customs clearance efficiency,service competitiveness,punctual arrival of goods and transportation capacity also have a significant positive impact,while CO_(2) and N2O emission intensity have a negative impact and the others have no significant influence at all.Finally,to promote the development of green logistics in RCEP countries and expand China's export trade at the same time,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as improving the efficiency of customs clearance,ensuring ontime arrival of international cargo,making full use of regional economic organizations'in⁃fluence on China's export trade,and keeping up with the times featuring green and lowcarbon.
