摘  要:本文以笔者参与的西昌钢钒新建Ⅲ部铁水脱硫装置项目为背景,通过对KR和喷吹法对含钒铁水脱硫工艺的分析比较,结合西昌钢钒含钒铁水硫含量高达0.079%,品种钢脱硫目标值低至0.005%的特点,以及西昌钢钒产品结构要求,西昌钢钒新建Ⅲ部铁水脱硫装置最终采用喷吹法。同时根据脱硫反应热力学计算分析,确定了西昌钢钒针对含钒铁水预处理工序选择合适的脱硫粉剂,通过生产实践表明,在复合喷吹作业过程中对降低铁水脱硫成本,提高脱硫效率,尤其是生产品种钢时效果较明显。因此,本文研究计算结果可以为确定脱硫工艺及装备设计选型提供理论计算依据,对于工程设计及应用领域具有一定的指导意义。Based on the background of Xichang Steel and Vanadiunfs new III hot metal desulphurization unit project,this paper analyzes and compares the vanadium containing hot metal desulphurization process by KR and injection method,and combines the characteristics of Xichang Steel's vanadium containing hot metal desulphurization target value of 0.079%higher and 0.005%lower,as well as the structural requirements of Xichang Steel and Vanadiumfs new III hot metal desulphurization unit,and finally adopts the injection method.At the same time,according to the thermodynamic calculation and analysis of desulfurization reaction,it is determined that Xichang Steel Vanadium selects the appropriate desulfurization powder for the pretreatment process of vanadium-containing molten iron.The production practice shows that the desulfurization cost of molten iron can be reduced and the desulfurization efficiency can be improved in the process of compound injection,especially in the production of variety steel.Therefore,the research and calculation results in this paper can provide theoretical basis for determining the design and selection of desulfurization process and equipment,and have certain guiding significance for engineering design and application fields.
