摘 要:优化转炉底吹布置方式,对于减小熔池内死区占比,改善熔池内部流体的动力学特性具有重要意义。本文以260t转炉为对象,提出“小集团”布置形式,通过数值模拟建立底吹模型,优化“小集团”布置方案。结果表明:“小集团”形式非对称集中布置在0.4D和0.6D上,并且“小集团”夹角为15°时,转炉池具有最好的动力学特性;基于该方案的布置,底吹流量720Nm^(3)/h时取得最佳效果,继续增加流量熔池死区比例与混匀时间减少不再明显。相关结论为大型转炉的底吹优化提供借鉴。The optimization of bottom blowing arrangement is of great significance for reducing the proportion of dead zone in the molten pool and improving the dynamic characteristics of fluid in the molten pool.A 260t converter was taken as the research object,the"small clusters"layout scheme was put forward,the bottom blowing model through numerical simulation was established,and the"small clusters"layout was optimized.The results show that the converter pool has the best dynamic characteristics when the"small clusters"are asymmetrically arranged on 0.4D and 0.6D,and the included angle of"small clusters"is 15°.Based on the layout of this scheme,the best effect is achieved when the bottom blowing flow is 720Nm^(3)/h.It is no longer obvious to continue to increase the flow rate and dead zone ratio of the molten pool and shorten the mixing time.The relevant conclusions can be used for reference in the optimization of bottom blowing of large converters.
