摘 要:金属料消耗是炼钢生产的重要技术经济指标。为了系统降低炼钢技术消耗,分析了唐钢某炼钢厂炼钢金属料消耗现状,研究了金属料消耗影响因素,提出了降低炼钢金属料消耗的技术措施。结果表明:唐钢某炼钢厂金属料消耗为1093.5 kg/t,处于较高水平。铁水温度较低、转炉渣中FeO含量较高、连铸浇完剩余渣钢量较大是造成金属料消耗较高的主要原因。结合理论及工艺,提出了缩短转炉冶炼周期、降低转炉终点温度、提高铁水温度、降低转炉喷溅率、降低转炉终渣FeO、减少连铸大包剩钢水带钢等技术改进措施。经过调整后,金属料消耗降低至1088 kg/t,取得了良好的效果。Metal material consumption is an important technical and economic index of steelmaking productioru In order to systematically reduce the consumption of steelmaking technology in Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,the current situation of metal consumption in steelmaking at Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.is analyzed,the factors affecting metal consumption are studied,and the technical measures to reduce metal consumption in steelmaking are proposed.The results show that the consumption of long metal material in Tanggang is 1093.5kg/t,which is at a high level.The low temperature of molten iron,the high content of FeO in converter slag and the large amount of residual slag steel after continuous casting are the main reasons for the high metal consumption.Combined with theory and technology,technical improvement measures such as shortening the smelting cycle of converter,reducing the end point temperature of converter,increasing the temperature of molten iron,reducing the splashing rate of converter,reducing the final slag FeO of converter,and reducing the residual hot strip steel in continuous casting ladle are proposed.After adjustment,the metal consumption is reduced to 1088 kg/t,which has achieved good results.
