摘　　要：党的二十大报告指出,我国要推进高水平对外开放,稳步扩大规则、规制、管理、标准等制度型开放。其中,金融业及其制度型开放是我国对外开放格局的重要组成部分,对于我国更好地对标国际规则、深入融入全球化、参与国际竞争具有非常重要的意义。同时,经济高质量发展需要实行高水平对外开放,开拓合作共赢新局面,这对金融业开放提出了更高的要求。我国应继续坚持分类推进和重点突破、把握安全底线和风险防控、开展国际合作和政策协调,以制度型开放持续深化金融业开放。The report of the 20th Communist Party Congress points out that China should promote a high level of opening up to the outside world and a steady expansion of institutional changes in terms of rules,regulations,standards and overall management will contribute to that effort.The financial industry and its system-based opening is an important part of China's effort to transform its economy.China aims to achieve high-quality economic development,and to attain its goal it needs to better align itself with international rules,integrate more deeply into a globalized system and compete effectively in the international marketplace.High-quality economic development requires the implementation of a greater degree of external opening to ensure an environment of win-win cooperation.This in turn necessitates a greater opening up of the financial sector.China should continue to adhere to a policy of pursuing a diferentiated opening strategy and push ahead with targeted breakthroughs.At the same time it needs to ensure risk prevention and control and carry out international cooperation and policy coordination.
