摘  要:为探究处理渗沥液膜浓缩液的浸没燃烧蒸发系统的烟气污染物排放情况,对5个项目排气筒中的颗粒物、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氯化氢指标及其排放速率进行了监测,结果显示各检测项的值均低于相关标准要求值。根据《恶臭(异味)污染物排放标准》要求,对其中2个项目(L、X项目)的恶臭污染物进行检测,各检测项的值均低于相关标准要求值。为探究现场异味来源,选取以沼气作为能源的项目L对非甲烷有机物进行监测,项目L的沼气中共检测出55种非甲烷有机物,其中高于人体嗅阈值的有18种,蒸发器的不凝气管道中仅检测出19种非甲烷有机物,且均低于人体嗅阈值。蒸发器对沼气中非甲烷有机物的去除率达到了99%以上,故蒸发系统的异味源不是沼气。填埋场渗沥液处理应急项目D,其蒸发系统处理的浓缩液污染物含量比常规填埋场渗沥液浓缩液的水质高。监测项目D蒸发器不凝气管道中的非甲烷有机物,在其不凝气出气管道中,存在17种非甲烷有机物,其中超过嗅阈值的有4种。对常规填埋项目L的蒸发器不凝气出气管道进行监测,测出9种非甲烷有机物,且其值均低于嗅阈值。结果表明浓缩液水质是其成分种类及浓度的主要影响因素。To explore the emission of flue gas pollutants of submerged combustion evaporation system(SCE)for treating leachate and membrane concentrated liquid,the concentration and emission rate of particulate matter,SO2,NOr,and hydrogen chloride of five projects were mainly monitored.The results show that the value of each test item is lower than the value required by relevant standards.According to the requirements of Emission standards for ordor pollutants,two of the five projects,which are Project L and Project X,were tested for odor pollutants.The value of each test item is lower than the value required by relevant standards.To explore the source of odors on site,Project L using biogas as energy was selected to monitor its non-methane organic matter.The results show that a total of 55 non-methane organic compounds were detected in the biogas of Project L,among which 18 were higher than the human odor threshold value.Only 19 kinds of non-methane organic matter were detected in the non-condensable gas pipe of the evaporator.The values of these 19 matters are all lower than their relevant human odor threshold value.The removal rate of non-methane organic matter in biogas by evaporator reached to over 99%.Therefore,the odor source of the evaporation system is not methane.Landfill leachate treatment emergency project(also known as Project D)in which the concentration of pollutants of concentrated liquid treated by the evaporation system is higher than the water quality of conventional landfill leachate concentrated liquid.After monitoring the non-methane organic matter in the non-condensable gas outlet pipe of the evaporator of the Project D,17 kinds of non-methane organic matter were detected.Among them,4 species exceeded the odor threshold value.Monitoring the non-condensable gas outlet pipe of the evaporator of conventional landfill Project L,9 kinds of non-methane organic matter were detected.The values are all lower than the human odor threshold value.These results demonstrate that the quality of the concentrate is th
