摘 要:作为C/C复合材料浸渍剂之一的沥青,因具备价格便宜、流动性好、易石墨化等优点被广泛应用,但其低残炭率及炭化、卸压时的反渗问题严重阻碍了低成本C/C复合材料制备的进程。因此,通过改性浸渍剂沥青来制备低成本C/C复合材料是发展的必然方向。本文综述了浸渍剂沥青中喹啉不溶物和甲苯不溶物的含量对其浸渍效果的影响,并总结了物理调配、热处理、化学改性和沥青树脂共混等方法对C/C复合材料用浸渍剂沥青的改性。As one of the impregnating agents for carbon/carbon composites,pitch is widely used due to its advantages of low price,good fluidity and easy graphitization,However,its low carbon residue rate and reverse osmosis problems during carbonization and pressure relief have seriously hindered the process of preparing low-cost C/C composites.Therefore,the preparation of low-cost C/C composites by modifying the impregnant asphalt is an inevitable direction of development.In this paper,the influence of the content of quinoline insolubles and toluene insolubles in impregnating asphalt on its impregnation effect was reviewed,and the methods of physical preparation,heat treatment,chemical modification and asphalt resin blending on the modification of impregnating asphalt used C/C composites were summarized.
