摘 要:二维碳/碳复合材料以其优秀的力学性能和热物理性能,在火箭发动机喷管、航天飞行器热防护结构等领域得到广泛应用。针对二维碳/碳复合材料的服役工况需求,国内外研究主要集焦于二维碳/碳复合材料的力学性能及其影响因素,包括碳纤维、碳基体、纤维/基体界面及致密工艺等方面。本文综述了二维碳/碳复合材料力学性能影响因素的研究现状,拟为进一步优化二维碳/碳复合材料力学性能提供参考。The two-dimensional carbon/carbon composites have been widely used in the fields of rocket engine nozzle and the protection for thermal structure for spacecraft due to their excellent mechanical and thermophysical properties.In order to meet the actual working conditions of the material itself,the research on two-dimensional carbon/carbon composites are focused on its mechanical properties at home and abroad.The factor which influences the mechanical properties of two-dimensional carbon/carbon composites mainly includes carbon fiber,carbon matrix,interface of fiber/matrix and the process for densification preparations.This paper will discuss and summarize the status of current research in the field of mechanical properties of this material in view of the above aspects,and provide a reference for improving its mechanical properties.
