摘 要:在高温、高压和贫油的恶劣工作环境中,金属与金属组成的摩擦副极易产生干摩擦现象,造成严重磨损,影响重大装备的安全运行。在特种机械运动部件中,可以采用石墨与金属组成摩擦副,石墨作为固体润滑剂,减小摩擦系数,降低磨损量,避免金属直接接触,提高设备服役寿命,石墨与金属摩擦磨损性能的研究至关重要。本文从材料摩擦学角度出发,论述了石墨的结构特点及应用,主要分析了金属及石墨摩擦磨损性能与石墨纯度和晶粒大小及微观结构、环境气氛、温度、速度与载荷等多种因素的影响。In the harsh working environment of high temperature,high pressure and poor oil,the friction pairs composed of metal and metal are prone to dry friction,causing serious wear and affecting the safe operation of major equipment.In the moving parts of special machinery,graphite and metal can be used to form a friction pair.As a solid lubricant,graphite can reduce the friction coefficient,reduce the wear amount,avoid direct metal contact,and improve the service life of equipment.The research on the friction and wear properties of graphite and metal is very important.From the angle of material tribology,this paper discusses the structural characteristics and application of graphite,mainly analyzes the influence of metal and graphite friction and wear properties on graphite purity,grain size and microstructure,environmental atmosphere,temperature,speed and load.
