文旅产业民宿规划策略研究——以同江市街津口赫哲族乡为例

摘　　要：随着“乡村振兴、兴边富民”政策的提出,以赫哲族为代表的边境少数民族聚落开始进行以文旅产业开发为主的乡村振兴行动,其中民宿产业越来越受到游客青睐,逐渐成为吸引游客及带动经济发展的重要产业项目。以同江市街津口赫哲族乡为例,分析其民宿现状,提出民宿区规划策略,总结以民宿带动文旅产业的规划模式。With proposal of strategy of rural revitalization and border prosperity,border minority settlements represented by Hezhen ethnic group have begun to carry out rural revitalization actions mainly focused on the development of cultural and tourism industry.Among them,the homestay industry is increasingly favored by tourists and has gradually become an important industrial project that attracts tourists and drives economic development.Taking Hezhen township□Jiejinkou,Tongjiang city as an example,analyzing current situation of homestay,proposes planning strategies for homestay areas,to summarize the planning model of using homestays to drive the cultural and tourism industry.
