摘　　要：北京市已进入老龄化社会,其农村地区老龄化程度高于市区。农村晚年驿站是农村居家养老的重要养老设施,调研发现,目前北京农村幸福晚年驿站存在覆盖率低、建设定位不准确、分类建设指导缺乏等问题。结合不同村庄老年人居家养老的多元化需求,提倡建设功能复合型农村晚年驿站,细化平原村、浅山村、深山村老年人的不同居家养老需求,分类指导农村晚年驿站建设。Beijing has entered an aging society,and its rural areas are aging more than urban areas.Through the survey,it is found that the current Beijing rural old age station has problems such as low coverage,inaccurate construction positioning,and lack of classification construction guidance.Combined with the diversified needs of the elderly in different villages for home care,it is proposed that the construction of functional composite rural old-age stations should be advocated,and the different home-based care needs of the elderly in plain villages,shallow mountain villages and deep mountain villages should be refined,and the construction of rural old-age stations should be guided by category.
