摘 要:为探究酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代鱼粉对珍珠龙胆石斑鱼的生长性能、营养物质表观消化率及养殖水体水质的影响,随机选取450尾初始体质量(7.50±0.02)g珍珠龙胆石斑鱼,分为5组,每组3个平行,每个平行30尾鱼,分别投喂以酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代0%、9%、18%、27%和36%鱼粉的5种等氮等脂饲料,进行8周的养殖试验。试验结果表明,酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代9%组鱼体质量增加率和特定生长率与替代0%组相比差异不显著(P>0.05),但是显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代0%组的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼对饲料干物质、粗蛋白质、钙和磷的表观消化率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。在摄食后1~21h内,酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代0%组和替代9%组之间的养殖水体氨氮含量差异不显著(P>0.05),在摄食后21h时,各组间养殖水体亚硝态氮含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上所述,在不影响珍珠龙胆石斑鱼生长性能的前提下,酶解肠膜蛋白粉替代饲料中9%的鱼粉不会对水体产生负面影响。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of enzyme-digested hydrolyzed porcine mucosa(EPM)replacing fish meal on the growth performance,apparent digestibility coefficient of nutrients and aquaculture water quality in ponds with hybird grouper Epinephelus fuscoguttatus♀×E.lanceolatu♂.A total of 450 hybird grouper\was divided into 5 groups,each with 3 replicates,and each replicate with 30 fish was fed iso-nitrogenous and iso-lipidic diets with EPM replacement rates of 0%(EPM 0),9%(EPM 9),18%(EPM 18),27%(EPM 27),and 36%(EPM 36)fish meal,respectively for 8-week.The results showed that the weight gain rate and specific growth rate in the EPM 9 group were not significantly different from that in the EPM 0 group(P>0.05),but were significantly higher than those in the other groups(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility coefficients of dry matter,crude protein,calcium and phosphorus were significantly higher in EPM 0 group than those in the other groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in ammonia nitrogen content in aquaculture water between EPM 0 and EPM 9 groups with a period of 1 to 21 h after feeding(P>0.05).Twenty-one hours after feeding,there was no significant difference in the content of nitrite nitrogen in aquaculture water between the groups(P>0.05).In summary,when the substitution of 9%fish meal with enzyme-digested hydrolyzed porcine mucosa will not result in negative impact on the growth performance of the hybird grouper and the ammonia nitrogen content in aquaculture water.
